Bulk Email

Bulk Email is a powerful tool that lets you easily send email to administrators, registered users and custom groups that you have created. Your message may be plain text or HTML and include attachments.

  1. Use your browser to navigate to the Admin Tab located at the right side of the main menu bar.
  2. Select Bulk Email from the drop down menu and click on it. You have opened your Bulk Email Form
  3. Complete the following Bulk Email Form:

Role

Select the User Group you wish to send email to from the drop down list box.

Email

Add additional email addresses here separated by a semi-colon.

Subject

Enter the subject line of your email.

Basic Text Box

Click this button on to send mail as plain text.

Rich Text Editor

Click on this button to send HTML formatted email.

Message

Paste or compose your message in the editor you chose above.

Attachment

Select an optional attachment from the drop down list box to add to your message.

Upload New File

Click on Upload New to add a new file to your attachment list if required.

Send Method

Select an individual or group distribution method.

Send Action

Select to send Synchronous or Asynchronous.

Send Mail

Click on Send Mail to deliver your message.

You have now sent mail to your selected user group.

Recycle Bin

The Recycle Bin module allows you to restore any content module or Tab that you have deleted.

  • Select the page or module to restore from the appropriate selection box.
  • Click on the Restore button.
  • The module or tab will return to the location that it was deleted from.
