Feed Back

Easily add a Feed Back function to your web page design with the core DotnetNuke Portal design module.

This module is a quick and simple email form you can use to get feedback from your users. Change the send to, email address and user name then click Update to save your changes.

Feed Back Instructions

• Select Feedback from the drop down Module list located in the Administrator Menu Bar.
• Click on Add.

You have now created a Feed Back form.

You don't have to call the module 'Feedback' as an example you could call it 'Contact Us'.

• Send To: field displays your email address in the Host Account settings.
• Email: displays the users email address if they are logged in. If the user isn't logged in to the portal then the user will have to add the email address.
• Your Name: displays the registered users name, blank if the user is not logged in.
• Subject: a subject title (shows up in the email title) when sent
• Message: the message a user wants to enter
