The Events module adds calendar funtions to your web page design and website features.
This module renders a list of upcoming events, including time and location. Individual events can be set to automatically expire from the list after a particular date. Events include an edit page which allows authorized users to edit the Events data stored in the SQL database.
Events Instructions
- Select Events from the drop down module list. You will see an Events Calendar.
- Mouse over the pencil icon.
- Click on Add New Event.
- You have now opened the Edit Events form.
- Provide the required information for the Edit Events form.

Enter a title for you event. |

Enter a description of your event. |

Select an icon file from your drop down list |

Alternate Text |
Enter a text description for your icon. |

Select the event frequency from the drop down list. |

Start Date |
Enter the date or select it from the calendar. |

Time |
Enter the time of the event |
|
Expiry Date |
Enter the last day of the event or select it from the calendar. |
6. Click on Update to save the record.
You have now entered or edited an event.
View Options
- Click on View Options and you will see the View Options Screen.
- Choose to display in a calendar or list format (calendar format chosen below)
- If you have chosen the calendar option then you can also adjust the cell width and height.
