Documents are a built in core web design tool that adds user functionality to DotNetNuke Portal web pages.
A document is a line in the list, and can contain columns as friendly names, an image for graphical identification, a category, the owner, the version, the time the document was last updated, and the size of the document.
Use this module to provide documents you wish to have available for download to your users or a specific group of users.
Upload your documents or enter the URL's for external documents. If you DO NOT want anyone to edit this module make sure you only click the “Administrators“ checkbox in the module definitions for edit access and click which users you want to be able to download the documents you've added.

In the example below I have added the 'Search DotNetNuke Portals' animated.gif for download. Easily add a file the user can download as well. Clicking on the title link provides the user with a picture of the image if you have an image of download. Otherwise you will receive your operating systems file download asking if you want to Open or Save the file.
