Discussions

Add Interactive discussions to your DotNetNuke web site and web page design.

The Discussion Module produces a simple threaded news group-style text discussion

Each discussion includes a Read/Reply Message page, which allows authorized users to reply to existing messages or add a new discussion topic.

New Discussion

1. Select Discussion from the drop down module list. You will see a blank Contacts module.
2. Mouse over the pencil icon.
3. Click on Add New Thread. You have now opened the Edit Discussions form.
4. Provide the required information for the Edit Discussions Form.

Title	Enter a Topic Name for your discussion.
Body	Enter your topic content here.

   5. Click on Update to save the record.

Note – your username and entry time have automatically been added to the title.

Reply, Edit Delete a Discussion

• Click on the discussion title to open the Edit Discussions Form.
• Click on the function you wish to perform.

You have now added a Discussions Module to your page.
