Contacts

This module renders contact information for a group of people, for example a project team. Contacts include an edit page, which allows authorized users to edit the Contacts data stored in the SQL database.

Module Features:

Contact's email address automatically renders as a 'mailto' hyperlink (the link is cloaked to prevent harvesting by spam bots).

The Mobile version of this module provides a Call link to phone a contact when the module is browsed from a wireless telephone. (Not currently available)

New Contact

1. Select Contacts from the drop down module list. You will see a blank Contacts module.
2. Mouse over the pencil icon.
3. Click on Add Contact.
4. You have now opened the Edit Contacts form.
5. Provide the Edit required information for the Contacts Form.

• Name - Contact Name
• Role - Dept or Title
• Email - Contact Email address
• Contact1 - i.e. 1st telephone number
• Contact2 - Additional contact info

    6. Click on update to save the record.

Delete Contact

• Click on the pencil to open the Edit Contact Form.
• Click on the delete link to delete the contact.

You have now edited the contact record.

In the example below I added my contact information. The telephone number is blank because my registered user record phone number is blank. My-ASP.Net's telephone number is listed on our Home Page.

Example Contacts Module
